A fully packaged service which includes property letting, rent
collection (including issuing of monthly rental statements) and full
management of the property. This includes dealing with repairs and
maintenance, tenancy renewals and any other issues that may arise.
We
act on your behalf and engage directly with your tenant throughout the
tenancy, which means that you have nothing else to worry about.
This package includes the initial property letting process and the
collection of rent from your tenant (which includes monthly rental
statements).
Tenancy renewal will also be taken care of.
This option is for you if you only need help finding a tenant for your property. After the tenancy agreement has been set-up and the first month's rent has been received, you as the landlord are responsible for everything else.
